Existing Customer
    I already have an account with ArosChem UK Ltd and currently order by either fax or phone, do I have to register again to use the online ordering service?

If you already hold an account with us then your details will be stored on our computer database so there is no need for you to register with us again.
If you did not supply an email address when you set up your account, or you have recently changed your email address then you may be unable to log in.

If you are unable to log in and have an account number [a three or four digit no. followed by D] then please email sales@aroschem.com and we will promptly activate your online account.

It is likely that we will not have all your required details held on the database, so when you order for the first time you will be prompted to fill in the required details, once the first order is complete these details will be saved and you will not have to fill them in again.
New Customer Registration
    Click the register link on the top right of the website and fill in the required details. Once we are satisfied we can supply to you a new account will be created and you will be assigned an account number and password, we will email you with these new details.

General FAQ: How much do you charge for delivery?
    There is a small delivery charge of £5 on all orders.

Any order over a weight of 1.5kg will be sent by carrier and incur the extra charge of £10.00

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries except for large items which are delivered by Parcelforce.

There is an extra carriage charge on all orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Offshore Islands dependant upon weight and carrier surcharges.

Orders received before 3.00pm will be posted the same day.
General FAQ: Free Labels?
    All orders come supplied with FREE pre-printed dispensing labels for each product ordered, printed with the product name and your practice name on each label.
General FAQ: How do I pay for my products?
    All customers must first hold an account with ArosChem UK Ltd prior to placing an online order. Once your account is set up you can pay by either BACS or cheque. Please use your account number as reference.
